Welcome to the Schward Members Area
Here, you will be able to access content specific to the course or program that you have already joined.
Naturally the content will vary depending on the content you are signed up for. However, the structure of most programs is fairly similar and I have identified the questions that most people will experience when you first start the program. These questions are answered below, but if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will answer your question as soon as possible and potentially add it to our list below to help other people in the future.
These programs are intended to ask you to reflect on how you think, feel, and behave in different situation now, and then to consider alternative ways of thinking about these same situations to get a different result. It takes a little work but I am confident that it will help.

Find my course/s.
Once you have logged in, the menu will show you a refreshed menu that includes an item called ‘My Courses‘. Click this item and a new page will open that shows all of your courses on a single page.
On this page, you simply need to click on the name of the course you would like to access.
Going to my course page.
In the tab above, you progressed by clicking on the Course Name. This will open the introductory page to the course.
Once there, you can of course read the introductory information, but at the bottom of the page, there is a summary of the courses contents.
You can click on modules or lessons and you will be taken to the content pages of the course, opened at the module or lesson once there.
This is the page where most of your course occurs. It is broken in to modules, lessons and quizzes.
A module groups similar ideas together, while lessons focus on a particular area of interest.
Once you have read the content and/or watched any video content, there may be a number of quiz questions.
Of course most people are concerned that answering questions is a little like school homework. However, I want you to consider these questions differently.
The quizzes are designed for you to become more reflective, to think about what you have been doing, how to reimagine your actions and potentially, to change the way you do things in the future.
Quiz questions are to help you integrate knowledge and allow it to become part of your life. Take plenty of time to reflect and experience what you are learning.
If you are registered with a course or program that includes coaching sessions, you can make appointments online within the course.
Once the schedule opens, please follow the instructions BUT be SURE to move down the page and confirm the appointment. This may look like a checkout, but there is no charge and the appointment won’t be made without confirming the appointment.
Once an appointment has been made:
- You will receive an email confirming the appointment and including a Zoom link.
- The appointment will be posted to your account, and you can locate this with your Account page on the site.
- From the Appointments page, you can also connect directly to the Zoom appointment by clicking a link – which saves you from having to track down the email.
